Q: Am I fit enough to join?
A: Yes, all exercises can be tailored to suit all fitness levels. It is ultimately up to you as to how hard you work during a class.
If you are having/have had any medical conditions, please see your GP before commencing any new exercise plan. New Mums should get the all clear from their postnatal check before exercising.
Q: What should I bring/wear to my first session?
A: Comfort is essential. Wear a comfortable pair of leggings and a t-shirt/vest with trainers and a supportive bra. We recommend to layer up as you may start off chilly but you will soon warm up!
Don’t forget a bottle of water to keep you hydrated during your session and a hand towel could be useful.
